Handbuilding evening Course

Due to high demand, KAOLIN will start a handbuilding class starting November 5th and ends on December 17th with a glazing session. The total cost is €225. This course is English spoken. The teacher is Brielle.

This is a one-time series, but new beginner courses will follow later in the season.

Masterclass: Wheelthrowing Porcelain

NEW DATES ANNOUNCED! 18 & 19 SEPTEMBER 2025

Two evenings of learning how to work on the wheel with this lovely delicate material. All materials and bisc firing included. Learn how to wheel throw porcelain from a professional ceramicist working with porcelain. Main focus: How to center porcelain, how to turn them so thin the vessels are translucent after glaze firing.

Please note: Glazing not included! You book a separate glazing lesson or you bring home your bisc fired pieces to glaze them at another studio.

In these lessons you’ll learn everything there is to know about wheel throwing. Lessons are very suitable for advanced students, but beginners willing to commit to a longer course are welcome too.

There are three course periods during the year: Sept-Dec, Jan-Apr, May-July.
