Private Workshop information
Do you wish to book a pottery workshop with your own guests? KAOLIN is able to provide workshops for up to 7 people. In this short introduction to working with clay on the potter’s wheel, you learn how to make a bowl. In 2 hours I’ll guide you through the steps of wheel throwing. I’ll glaze and fire your finest vessel. They will be food safe and dishwasher proof after firing.

Payment and Booking:
Payment is possible at the studio. When booking a workshop, a €50 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable.
Why is the deposit non-refundable?
As a small business, we rely on confirmed bookings to plan and prepare each workshop. A non-refundable deposit helps cover costs in the event of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, ensuring the sustainability of our workshops and fairness to other participants.
Workshop Inclusions:
The workshop fee includes unlimited coffee and tea throughout the session.
Each attendee will create and have one vessel glazed and fired as part of the workshop.
Ceramic Collection:
Your crafted ceramic pieces will be fired and ready for collection within 4-6 weeks after the workshop.
Collection of finished pieces will be from our studio.
Additional Fired Pieces:
Should you wish to have more than one vessel fired and glazed, KAOLIN charges 5 euros per extra vessel.
Your additional pieces will be treated with the same care and attention as the included piece.
Glazing Preferences:
As a group, you'll collectively choose one glaze for all created objects during the workshop.
Participant Requirements:
