Workshop open for whoever is interested in wheel throwing for the first time!

In this 2,5 hour workshop I’ll guide you through all the steps to create a small bowl on the potters’ wheel using stoneware clay. You’ll finish at least 1 bowl. I will glaze your vessels afterwards and they are ready for pickup after 3 weeks.

1. Introduction to different clay bodies to use on the wheel

2. Demo by teacher on how to work on the potters’ wheel

3. Work on you first vessels with teacher’s guidance

4. Work by yourself

5. Clean up, review the workshop and decide on the glaze colour

• Firing of 1 vessel is included in the workshop fee. Firing extra pieces is 5 euro per piece.
